Hi, I’m Daniel.
I’m a psychotherapist who uses a holistic approach to help men lead more fulfilling lives. I offer both online therapy to California residents as well as in-person therapy in Orange County.
Living a balanced and meaningful life can be difficult. Not only has modern life made things busier, but we’re also more atomized than in the past, when we lived in communities that delegated different tasks to different members of the community. Perhaps you’ve felt overwhelmed trying to thrive, let alone just keep up in the face of challenges, such as:
Complications in relationships with friends, family, or intimate partners.
A lack of purpose in life that leaves you feeling uninspired.
A lifestyle that drains your energy instead of revitalizing it.
Problems with your mental or physical health that trigger stress and anxiety.
You’ve tried different solutions, but you’re frustrated because you still don’t feel quite right.
As a therapist who has been in the field since 2015, I’ve helped many men navigate through life’s challenges with a greater sense of ease. I’m here to help you reach your goals, learn new coping skills, and find greater fulfillment in your life.
As you progress through therapy, you’ll be able to respond to problems spontaneously so that you free up more energy to pursue your dreams.
How I got Here
I came to this field after switching career paths, where I was originally planning on becoming a medical doctor. While I was performing very well academically, I was miserable inside, so I decided to take a risk and pursue psychology, a discipline I was passionate about.
Although it was extremely difficult to start over after investing so much time and energy in medicine, it was the best decision for me. Along the way, I’ve had to overcome anxieties, traumas, and doubts in order to get to where I’m at today.
The struggles I went through instilled in me a deep sense of empathy and provided me with wisdom I might not have gained otherwise. I strive to bring these two qualities to each and every client I see.
Client Populations I Typically See:

OCD and Related Disorders

Perfectionism
